2. Define appropriate spot length for messsage / goal
3. Select weeks to maximize reach — when your prospects are listening, economies of buying
4. Identify best days / times to reach your target market
5. Negotiate cost, based on reach and frequency (radio), or impressions (television)
6. Compare media buy with historic buys during the negotiation process
Reconciliation Process
1. Review all spots purchased compared to Order Confirmation
2. Account for all spots purchased against Performance Affidavits
3. Ensure all spots purchased are represented exactly on invoices
